Returns
Thank you for purchasing a print(s) from Monkey & Me. As all prints are made to order, returns can’t be accepted in most circumstances.
You can find my returns policy here.

Shipping
Yes, although before ordering, please consider that international shipping can vary between 10 days and 4 weeks. If you are ordering outside of the UK, please contact me to discuss your requirements and postage costs over at millie@monkeyandme.co.uk.
I aim to ship all orders via Royal Mail within 2-3 working days who then aim to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Please do keep in mind that Royal Mail, along with other carriers, are experiencing some delays to their regular services due to the COVID-19 situation. Although most customers are still receiving their orders promptly, some areas in the country are experiencing longer delivery times than others. I’d like to ask all customers to please be understanding that there may be some delays with deliveries during these unprecedented times which are unfortunately out of my hands. If you placed your order over a week ago and it’s not arrived then please email me at millie@monkeyandme.co.uk with your order number and I’ll happily look into it for you.
My Order
Simply put, contact me ASAP! If I haven’t already processed your order I’ll be able to amend it before printing. If it’s already on it’s way to you or you’ve received your order and it’s an error on your part then please do still get in touch and we’ll discuss a resolution together.
If you have received an incorrect order then first of all, please accept my sincerest apologies. Mistakes are rare but I’m only human - occasionally errors can occur and I can assure you that I’ll go above and beyond to rectify any mistake I have made. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you do have any problems or need any assistance then please get in touch and I’ll come back to you ASAP.
In most cases, yes! I can amend all my family prints to match your individual families set-up and change / add text to any of the prints. I’m always open for suggestions for new designs but during busy periods I will have limited availability to work on something new, although depending on the request, I may still be able to customise an existing design for you.
You will receive your choice of print(s), carefully packaged inside a cello bag which is then posted to you in a sturdy, board backed envelope.
All prints are printed on premium archival fine art coated, acid-free 230gsm bright white paper.
YES! Congratulations! Contact me before ordering for an ‘upgrade’ discount 😊
Framing
I personally buy all my frames from Matalan. They sell a lovely frame with a mount that fits my A4 prints beautifully, without cropping any of the image off. It’s called ‘A4 Box Frame’ and is available in white, beech or black (I personally love the contrast of the black ones) and are a steal at only £6 – they look like they cost a lot more. There’s also some really nice budget-friendly frames over at The Range and some slightly more dearer but gorgeous frames at Habitat. Tip – when putting your print into the frame, have a little bit of tape ready to secure it in place to the mount (from behind, NOT on the front of the print!) to stop it slipping. Stick the tape to some material first to stop it being too ‘sticky’ in case you need to re position it so that it doesn’t damage the paper.
All my prints are either A5 or A4 and a lot of frames are listed with that sizing, but if they’re in inches, then you’ll need to look for 8x10 (A5) and 10x12 (A4). Most importantly, be sure to size your print to fit either the overall frame size OR, if you're using a mount/border, then your print should match the opening of that or you run the risk of covering some of your image/ text.
